Thank you for shopping with us. While we hope you are pleased with your order, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy regarding damaged items and order errors below.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] with a clear description and a photograph of the damage.
  • Return the damaged item to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional charge.

Order Errors

If you receive the incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact j[email protected] immediately. We will coordinate the return of the incorrect product and send the corrected item to you promptly.

Refunds
