ORDERS
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a receipt to the email address on your account. You can review your purchases anytime from your order history page.
When your physical order ships you will receive another email with package tracking information.
The easiest way to make changes to an order after it has been placed is to contact [email protected]. We will find a way to get you what you need.
This is usually a quick fix. First, make sure you’re signed in to the account associated with your purchase. If access still isn’t showing, please contact [email protected] with your order confirmation and we’ll get it sorted right away.
Digital Products & Delivery
All purchases are made available immediately after checkout. Sign in to your account and visit your Downloads to access your content. Ebooks are available in standard formats compatible with most e-readers and apps.
Yes. Ebooks and Audiobooks can be downloaded in your preferred format directly from your Downloads.
For now, yes. But we want to be able to disable collecting physical addresses for digital products in the future.
All the time! And Book 1 of every series is free or will become free. Make sure you’re getting our emails – that’s where we most reliably announce our sales. If you’ve bought anything from us, even if it was free, you’re on our list. If not, start with the free pack here.
No. Purchases are yours to keep. Once you buy a title, it remains in your Downloads for as long as your account is active.
Stories
Yes, that’s what we do. And they all have fantasy, science fiction, urban fantasy, or occult settings. They tend to be action/adventure with a low-angst romantic subplot and they all end happily.
If you’ve purchased from us before, even if the thing was free, you’ll get email updates. If you haven’t gotten our free pack, start with that.
In general, books in a series come out every 3 months. Audiobooks that are done in partnership with another studio might be less regular, since that’s not something we control.
No. The popular stories will be books and probably audiobooks, but there are several serial stories written only for Members. Those will stay on RaytheReign.com as exclusive Membership content.
Yes. Before Ever Dark, Raythe wrote Amazon exclusive books to be in KU, and Audible exclusive audiobooks. These are basically in the “Amazon Dungeon” and very hard to get out – especially the audiobooks.
No. Raythe writes every word you read. The artists produce every illustration and graphic you see. The words you hear are recorded by human voice actors. Call us old fashioned, but we think art is for humans by humans.
Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Account
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password” and enter your email address. A reset link will arrive within a few minutes. If it doesn’t appear, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
Yes. You can access your Raythe Reign Downloads from any device using your account credentials. We recommend against sharing your login with others, as account access is licensed per individual.
No, they are two different systems. You can use the same email and password, but they are completely different sites and don’t communicate with each other.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and transmitted over TLS encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
