This is a WordPress shop, and we realize that there may be problems with your order or downloads, especially with PayPal forwarding you to your account after payment. If something went wrong, here’s how to get the best possible (fastest) support from us.
1) Check the Help page here. We realize that this shop site isn’t as awesome as it could be, so whenever someone has a problem, we update the Help page with an entry about it. You will find info about how to re-download files that didn’t complete, how to transfer files onto your e-reader, and things like that.
2) Be sure to tell us all the details of the order, such as:
- Your name, which matches your credit card or PayPal name
- The email that matches your PayPal account
- Exactly which products you ordered, including the file formats
- Whether you received an order confirmation from us or PayPal, or you were left hanging
Also, if you are trying to transfer the file on to your Kindle, please check our page about side-loading.
Give us as much information as you can right from the start, and we will be able to help you solve the problem faster. At the very least, we can send you the files you need as email attachments or through Google Drive.
