Can I purchase these items if I don't live in the United States?

Many of the items are unfortunately NOT available to users outside of the United States, with the exception of The Boyfriend Cut T-Shirt styles. 🙁 

We are working on this, but we are limited in what our suppliers can offer. We value and love our customers all around the world and want to find a solution.

Is shipping Included?

No.  Due to the costs of having items be printed on demand, shipping is not included. We recommend buying items in bulk in order to keep shipping costs down. 🙂

Why does my t-shirt smell?!

Yeah, we know. This is a crazy thing to have in a FAQ. But Printify says that the clothing “may have slight odors due to the pretreatment and curing process that t-shirts go through in production. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash.”  So wash your new t-shirts!

Can I return items?

We do all of our printing through Printify, which means that our return policies are their return policies. If there is a flaw with the product, you can likely return it through them, however if something is the wrong size or you change your mind about purchasing it, then returns are, unfortunately, not possible, since everything is printed on demand.

How do i cancel or edit an order?

According to Printify, our supplier:

“Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable. 

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.” 

Contact us as soon as possible with the product name, the order number, and your customer’s name. If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday season.
